| Abstract | My current submissions to WebKit are all around performance. How does this change affect the memory usage, how does this affect performance. How fast can we paint, scroll, load a page? Where do we spent the time? Is this change making things faster? During this work I have used existing utilities like memprof, memusagestat, callgrind, oprofile but also written some other more WebKit speicifc utilities to have good test content. The goal of the talk is to spread awareness that these utilities exist, that they can be used , that the tools deserve some help and that making things faster can be fun too. |
