Registration Charge
- The delegate fee is Rs.600 per head for people who
have pre-registered online here, and who bring their correct registration code
(i.e. the printout of the registration card that you get to see when
you register online). There is a discount of Rs.100 (i.e. a
delegate fee of Rs.500) for students who show valid student ID at
the payment counter at the venue. The delegate fee covers all 5
days (Project Days and Main Conference) of the event, and includes lunch
and tea/coffee on each day.
- Corporate attendees (delegates from companies that have a training
budget, i.e. almost everyone) are expected to pay Rs.3000 per head.
This will be on a pre-payment basis only. Advantages include receiving
the delegate kits before the event so that people don't have to stand in
queue, ability to pay by cheque, official receipt, and the warm feeling
in the tummy that you helped support the event. Discounts of 15% on 3
or more registrations from one company (single payment). Corporate
delegates still have to register online, then give their delegate code
to the person making the payment so that that person can send us the
list of delegate IDs that the payment applies to. All companies who
pay corporate registration fees will be thanked publicly during the
event and on the website.

- The charge is Rs.1200/1000 for people who show up without
having registered online, or who do not have a valid
registration code with them. There is no search facility available at the
venue.
Please note:
- Delegates will receive a food coupons and delegate kits.
No part of the regular registration cost will be used to support the event -
however Corporate Delegate registrations help support the event and
subsidize the event for others.
- Food is vegetarian only, and fixed menu.
About the Conference Delegate Cards:
When you register online, you will receive a registration code. You MUST bring this registration code with you when you come to the venue! At the registration counter, you must present this code, along with your Rs.600, and you will receive your Conference Delegate Card. You *MUST* display this card whenever you enter the premises or any area within the premises (such as an auditorium). It is common for people to have the pass on the first day and forget it at home (or lend it to a cheapskate friend) on subsequent days. We are afraid that will result in your eviction.Moral of the story: DON'T LOSE YOUR DELEGATE PASS!
