Speakers Room

The speaker's room is located on the far left of the venue, to the left of the expo stalls at the main entrance.
This room is equipped with tables, easy chairs, sofas, drinking water, network connectivity, coffee and snacks, and is meant for speakers who are speaking on a particular day.
This room is out of bounds for anyone but speakers and designated volunteers. Speakers will have to show their speaker badge to the speaker room in-charge to enter this room.
While not banned from the speaker room, speakers who are not speaking on that day are requested not to crowd this room, to allow speakers who are speaking that day to prepare and get ready for their talks.
