There are five lecture halls at the venue where talks will take place:

• The 750 seater JN Tata Auditorium
• The 250 seater Satish Dhawan Auditorium
• The 120 seater Hall A
• The 90 seater Hall B
• The 60 seater Hall C

Of these, the 750 seater hall will not be used on December 4 and 5 (Project days), while the 60 seater will not be used for regular talks on December 6, 7 and 8 (Main Conference).
