An exhibition of FOSS-related products. The exhibition is aimed at showcasing both commercial and FOSS products, to demonstrate their products to thethousands of delegates.
The exhibition will be held on the November 24th to November 26th, 2006.

What can be exhibited
Any FOSS-related product/service can be exhibited. The products can be commercial or non-commercial.
Venue
The commercial expo will be located in two areas at the venue:
- The Venue Lobby (Sponsors and Premium Exhibitors) (Area "A")
- The Area between the 60 seater and 120 seater halls. (Area "C")

Interaction with Delegates
The visitors to FOSS.IN/2006 cover a wide spectrum - from developers to decision makers, from beginners to gurus, from casual users to power users. The delegates visit from all across the country and the globe.
You can interact with this wide range of delegates to leverage your presence in the growing Free and Open Source Software market.
A link to your company's/organisation's website will be put up on the list of confirmed stalls.
The expo acts as a platform for you to demonstrate your product to people that matter - the thousands of delegates, who are potential customers. You can also use the expo as a platform to project your company as a FOSS solution/service provider.
Exhibition Facilities and Tariffs
The tariff for stalls is Rs.60,000 per stall. Stalls are alloted on a first-come, first served basis.
The facilities provided in each stall will consist of:
- 3m x 3m Stall Space
- One 3' x 1' conference table
- Two standard conference chairs
- Printing of your organization's name on the stall
- Floor carpet
- One power socket
Equipment such as machines, cables, wires, extra chairs, pinups etc. have to be arranged by you.
Also, if you want to setup anything additional or have fancy setups, the arrangements have to be made by you.
Terms and Conditions
- All stall bookings are available on first-come, first-serve basis.
- The stall will be confirmed only after the payment is received.
