Abstract This talk explains how to create your own websites using Python and TurboGears.

The idea is to demo the creation of a blog within the talk and explain the various aspects of using TurboGears:

* SQLObject for database-related work
* Kid for templating
* CherryPy for server-related work
* MochiKit for Ajax
* TurboGears for the glue that binds together all these pieces

Pre-requisites Basic Python and (X)HTML skills required.
Web development experience is optional, but recommended.

Profile Swaroop C H is 23 years of age. He graduated in B.E. (Computer Science) from PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore, India in 2004. He now spends his daytime as the engineer for the Buzz Index in the Advanced Metrics team of the Strategic Data Solutions Group at Yahoo!
