Abstract LTAF is a framework for scheduling test jobs on an embedded board farm in the lab and it is tool developed for the embedded linux developer community to test Linux on a variety of board architectures. It completely automates the process of scheduling and serializing user requests for access to one or more embedded boards in the lab, installation of embedded linux on a boards NFS mounted path, booting and test execution and reporting. It is lightweight, easily configurable and provides a method to interface with automated build system like buildbot, providing a fully end-end build/boot/test capability. Profile Ganesh is a Lead Architect at Wipro Technologies; graduated in Instrumentation Technology from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore in 1991. He has been working on embedded system technologies for about 14 years of which last 6 years in Wipro. He has worked on wide range of projects in Hardware Assisted Tools and Debuggers, Real Time Operating Systems and Unix bringup and development, Networking and Data communication protocols, Firmware and Hardware/OS bringup, Network Equipment Platform management, Device drivers X.25, 1394 etc. His core strengths are Networking and Operating Systems and currently focuses on embedded Linux platform development. Ganesh enjoys researching and study of Indology, ancient Indian history and mythology, Indian classical music. He is also an Amateur Radio enthusiast. He also actively participates in Technology forums.
